Be smart and contact your own Real
Estate Expert before you let the listing company know that you are interested in a home.
It will most likely save you a lot of money and there is no cost for you to be represented
by your own Agent. Be aware that the listing Company and its Agents have a written
contract with the Seller and that they would break the law if they put your interest
before the sellers and helped you negotiate the terms in your favor.
