Below are a few of the tasks that I will perform for you in order to make your choices easier, your buying experience more comfortable and your time spent more valuable. 

I ask you to challenge any and every agent you talk to and ask them if they can promise to do the same or better. I am of course happy to explain to you, in detail, what each of the statements below really means. 

  • I will negotiate on your behalf.
  • I will provide you with the advice and  information you need in order to make good decisions
  • I will advocate (active support on another's behalf) your position and interest.
  • I will keep all your information confidential, unless the law requires the opposite. 
  • I will provide the true facts as to value, market/neighborhood conditions, and any physical defects that I can see.
  • I will insist that the you utilize a qualified home inspector who will treat you as his client, and not as a customer.
  • I will give you my honest opinion about every property we see. I am not a sales person. I am your agent. 
  • I will do everything I can to get you the best price and terms possible on any property.
  • A listing agent works for the Seller. I will work hard and I will work for you.
  • I have a legal and ethical obligation to put your interests first!
  • I will use all technical tools available to help you, including but not limited to Listings by Email. MLS service, Digital Photos, Internet applications and more.
  • I will thoroughly explain all the forms that comes with a Real Estate transaction.
  • I will recommend local professionals every time you might need one. I will never accept a referral fee from any person I recommend, unless he/she is a licensed real estate agent.
  • I will be there for you, from the first day until closing.
  • I will keep track off, inform you about, take action on and follow up on all the deadlines in the purchase contract.
